Macbook Pro won't charge

I recently had the problem where the charger won't charge and sometimes the charger causes the battery to drop to 0% and laptop turned off. The battery stated "replace soon", so I had the battery replaced. It worked fine in the Apple service provider but after I took it back home, it won't charge again. When the charger is connected, it shows green light and sometimes orange light.

When the battery reaches 44% it stopped charging. The charger still shows orange light. I tried charging it with multiple chargers but still no avail.

Below is what happens when the charger is plugged in. Notice how the amperage is negative number. How do I fix this?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.13

You should bring it back to the Authorized Apple Service Provider. Repairs done by Apple are also covered by a short warranty period.
