Battery doesn't charge on MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)

Hello, I am having a problem with my battery.

A few days ago my MacBook was dead, I plugged in the charger but the computer won't charge, staying at 1% and when I unplug the charger it shuts down.

I have tried two different chargers end reseting the SMC with no success.

I checked my battery condition and used coconut battery and this is the result:

I have had a similar problem in the passed were the battery condition was Service Battery, but it fixed itself after some time.

What should I do? I am planing replacing the battery myself, will that fix the problem?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15
