I have a really old Id before you needed an email address, the email address it’s linked to I no longer have access. Been closed! How do I get my music! And I also want to check my subscriptions as I have money coming off my credit card with no emails telling me what it’s for kids tell me that don’t have anything and I’ve checked their email! Hope this makes sense to somebody. I’m also not very it savvy

What happens when you try to log into the account ?
For its subscriptions : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
To change its primary email address : Change your Apple ID - Apple Support
It doesn’t let me get that far. Logging in old Apple ID 3letters 2 numbers, password correct, sent verification code to a phone number then has the email address trying to send to?!(that I no longer have access to. May have to ring support someone to step me through it!
