Downloading files from Google Chrome Ipad Pro

I bought the Ipad pro to take notes on lecture slides during lectures. I am unable to download lecture slides from my University's blackboard when in Google Chrome (my preferred browser). I can only download them on Safari. Is there a way around this?

It might be best to ask the IT staff of your university about this as they would know more about how it is set up.

You could also try Desktop mode in Chrome. In Chrome, click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner and select Desktop site.
