Accessing music from second Apple Id

My wife and I have separate Apple IDs. We want to be able to access all music purchased from both in our music library. What is the solution?

My iPad has music purchase from a different iTunes account. I seem to have two apple ids that I’ve purchased iTunes songs under. One has almost all my current music, but my iPad seems to have music from the other account. How do I get my iPhone and iPad music to be the same? I understand that I can’t simply merge the two accounts.
