Only the original owner can provide the necessary information to remove Activation Lock. No one here can help you. Apple will not help you.

Apple can't help you with that.

Talk to whoever you got the phone from.

If they can't or won't help, and you can't get a refund, turn it over to the police. It's probably stolen.
