how do I change my incoming mail server? I can't highlight it.

My mail server changed hands and now my Macbook Pro can't receive r send email. I need to be able to change the incoming server address but I can't highlight it.

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14

You can remove the account then add it back in with the corrected info


Add or remove email accounts in Mail on Mac - Apple Support



They default is IMAP, If you need POP account put in a bogus email address that does not resolve and this will spawn an additional dialog box to open— and you can select POP or IMAP




Some timess choosing "Other" will allow for more options as well cf. the pre-selected options.
