Your Apple ID is your iTunes account. They are one and the same. If the other phone is using a different Apple ID, then it is using a different iTunes account.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

Your iTunes account is for a single Apple ID. A phone with a different Apple ID will not appear on your iTunes account, it will appear on the account for the ID used on that phone.

Are you talking about iTunes Store? or about iTunes on a computer?
