I would like to buy the iPhone 11, but i saw that the EarPods lightning is included with the box, but I have a question: Is it also allowed or possible that I can change the EarPods with lightning connector with the EarPods with mini-jack connector?

No. As the iPhone 11 has no traditional earphone jack, such earphones would be pointless.
But for me the EarPods with lightning connector are inconvenient, because i have already the AirPods. I travel a lot and in the airplanes you only allowed to connect with the devices in the airplane with the jack-connector, so i understand that it is not suitable with the iPhone 11, but it is not an option?
