I would like to buy the iPhone 11, but i saw that the EarPods lightning is included with the box, but I have a question: Is it also allowed or possible that I can change the EarPods with lightning connector with the EarPods with mini-jack connector?

I travel a lot and in the airplanes you only allowed to connect with the devices in the airplane with the jack-connector, so i understand that it is not suitable with the iPhone 11, but it is not an option?
No. As the iPhone 11 has no traditional earphone jack, such earphones would be pointless.
