I have an iphone 6 and it doesnt turn on and still on apple logo screen. What i have to do?

After i restore my iphone , it charge but stop on the final on apple logo screen

Any advice on an iPhone 7 that is only stuck on the apple logo n won’t turn on? hey!! So this is the absolute most that I can get out of my old phone, it’s been charging for a while now n even when I try to force restart it it either turns off completely or this screen pops up again? See this, If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support and if necessary, use the link to contact Apple Support under "If you need more help" if this does not work.
