No “Mark Up” icon on brand new and updated iPad Pro
How do I get the mark up icon on ANYTHING I use that’s supposed to have the icon present. Everything is updated and the iPad is brand new.

On most App pages you will find a “Share” button. The icon is a square with an upward pointing arrow; touch this icon and an Action Menu should appear. Within this menu you should find a Markup button.
