Cancel subscription

I got an email about my free subscription ending so I went to cancel it and I can’t find it in my subscriptions

I was sent a receipt saying I have a subscription that I do not have and it was for 49.99 The email said if I didn’t purchase it to go to the attachment and in settings to in unsubscribe but it’s nothing there to unsubscribe to

Did you try that as explained in this article?

View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

You should be able to turn off "automatic renewal" or tap on "Cancel Subscription"
