unable to sync my iphone

After requiring assistance due to a crash of my "Almost new PC".

The person (professional) took my PC and returned it as factory standard, I have now lost syncing of my apple products and not being very knowledgeable am in a quandary as to what to do.

Is there an easy method of doing this please.
