Is there a better way of mapping articulation from Kontakt

This is how I currently am doing it. I see there is input for articulation value but I couldn't work out how to use it.

I want to be able to easily change articulation from within the MIDI editor/piano roll

Here is how to do it.

In the Kontakt, ⌘ + Click on the note (right click won't work). Also make sure all notes are in memory (click the memory icon under each one)

You will get that window make sure you click the circle and choose MIDI then 1 for MIDI channel 1. Then repeat for all subsequent articulations you want to add. 2 for the second articulation, 3 for the next and so on. If you already know how to do the rest than you're golden. Otherwise follow on to finish up.

Now you need to name setup the articulations inside Logic Pro X. It is fairly simple.

No other settings are necessary. Close it and save both the articulation set and the instrument.

And that's it you are done.

You will now find the articulations in the piano roll window.
