ERROR 1035

I am having trouble setting a greeting on my iPhone SE. I keep getting Error 1035. Can anybody help. Thank you in advance.

This is Voice Mail related issue. Voice Mail is carrier specific feature. Probably you are setting up Greetings on VM. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider) The agency who issued the SIM to you
