my ipad wont update

hi all. my ipad has downloaded latest update, and on installing update it stops just near the end and does nothing. I cant go back and stop downlaod i cant restore. the screen just stays with the apple logo, and shows a download bar that is uncompleted.

Did you try to use recovery mode to restore your device again?
