'your account is disabled they say'. btw i had a mail contact with apple but they force me to have a phone call, but it is not possible because my country (Azerbaijan) is not available on their site. that's why i am chatting there
i can log in to my apple id, but when i enter to this site you have showed me, it always wants me to change my password or security questions. nothing changes when i complete the requirements.
What account is it that your could not unlock? Did you get an email saying your account has been disabled or locked? If so, it is a scam. Check who sent it. It should not be from Apple.

well, apple doesn't have any telephone number for contacting in our country. i used second link, waiting for a feedback i hope they will return. thank you
