I got a new iPhone 11 pro and within a week it start misbehaving like in the first three days ... while i take a picture in camera it was hanged .moreover , i surfing on instagram and suddenly screen off !!! then i try to on screen with power button it did not work . after a 5 minutes i hold a power button and phone was on.. tell me why is that happening....

If you are within 14 days of your purchase take that one back to where you purchased it and return it then buy a new one.
