“Your account has been disabled in the apple store and itunes”

I contacted apple support last week about this problem, they told me they would call but never did. I cant download apps or update anything. its super annoying & need this fixed asap.

Did you update your Apple ID payment method? If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
