I need to reset my watch so I can pair it again and I'm not sure how to do that.

I'm getting a message on my watch to reset it so I can pair to my phone and when I tap the power off button it won't close.

My Apple Watch will not reset when I press reset option I am trying to reset my Apple Watch. I do not have the phone that it is pared with.
