Health app deleted

A long time ago, possibly a few years back even, I deleted the health app on my iPad. No, it’s not in spotlight search; no, it’s not on the App Store, it is simply gone forever. Can somebody get a download link for it or something? Yes, I have tried resetting the home screen layout.
