Does iCloud for Windows support Outlook 365?

In attempting to install iCloud for Windows on my PC, I get the message that "Installed Version of Outlook not supported." However, I see no info to suggest it won't work with Outlook 365.

iPhone XS, iOS 13

The "If the installed version of Outlook is not supported" section of:

implies that it does.
