Apple ID not reviewed

When ever I try downloading free apps on AppStore it tells me to review my account on doing that after adding my billing address it reply with please contact iTunes support

iPhone 6, iOS 12

So what happened when you contacted iTunes support?

These are volunteer user community forums. Nobody here can help with an Apple account problem. You need to contact Apple support for that.

Either use the form in the first link or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
