Status of my replacement

Hi I went to an Apple Store in Tucson, Arizona since I tried to replace the battery on my own and the phone wouldn't turn on anymore. After they tried to repair it, I ordered a replacement on my iPhone 6s since the original phone was beyond repair and they said that I would get an E-mail regarding when my replacement is ready. It's been almost a week and I still haven't heard back about my replacement being ready. do you know the status of my order replacement?

iPhone 6s, iOS 13
