Personal Hotspot missing

Hi i have 2 iPhone 10's and all of a sudden the option button for personal hotspot has disappeared off of both after doing the last update. I have gone in and tried to reset the network and this has made no difference can anyone help with this

If you don't see the Personal Hotspot section, contact your carrier. They need to make sure it's set up for your account.
