Fraud transaction

Hi! Somebody has stolen my credit card and made online purchases. I requested the information from one of the services and they we only able to provide an email address of the scammer. Is it possible to figure out who that email belongs to? I already contacted the police.

Can you help me in determining the source of this transaction? I received an email from Apple Grand Arcade in Cambridge UK that shows another name but my email address that has seemingly purchased an iPad. No evidence of what card, if any was used but naturally called my major CC companies {not including Apple Pay because I do not believe I have ever agree to use that or even signed up for it} and they have verified this amount does not exist. The email and receipt does not show an account number and so maybe I am naive, but this might be a charge that has accidentally used my email address. Advise please...DH3720

That sounds like an issue you should take up with your card provider.
