I can’t sign into my iPod Touch

So, my iPod touch won’t let me sign into my account at all. Not on iMessage, not on FaceTime, not on Settings, and not on any of the stores. I’ve tried to reset it, it didn’t work. I tried restarting it, that didn’t work either. What do I do?
