Not able to get to Apple ID on phone

I changed the password to Apple ID a few days ago. After that the Apple ID section has been greyed out on the iPhone, also resulting in iMessages and FaceTime not working. I tried deleting and re-adding but still no luck. I can see all 3 devices on the browser as well as other 2 devices (iPad and Mac Air). Any suggestions?

Do you have a MDM profile?

If so, contact your company - IT department.

  • Check restrictions -> tap Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy -> scroll to Allow Changes.
