Apple watch screen

Im pretty upset. I have a 1st Gen apple watch that is always kept in new condition and today the screen just fell out of the body while it was on. No knocks, no marks on the watch, screen is in perfect condition. Funny thing is you can see the glue‘ that holds it together and the screen still works perfectly. Its just separated from the stainless steel body. This is not something i expect from apple or their quality products.

The watch is our of warranty of course but i would expect a $1000 watch to last more then 3-4 years!!

Contact apple support sometimes they have repair & exchange programs for certain products.

Did you already contact Apple Support about that, or visited an Authorized Apple Service Provider, to let them check that?
