message "No usable data found"

when i am scan code QR show message "No usable data found" how can I solved this issue?

iPhone 6, iOS 12

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help with scanning QR codes. It sounds like you are seeing a message that says "No usable data found."


Are you using an app from the App Store or the iOS Camera app to scan the code? Please see: Scan a QR code with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.


Does this happen with every QR code you have tried or just one? If it's just one, it may be that particular code that is the problem.


Have you tried restarting your iPhone: Restart your iPhone?
