so when I was younger I created an apple ID with a fake email address and I forgot my password, so then I created another apple ID with my real adress, and I am signed in with my newer one and even got a new phone but the settings still ask me to sign in with my old apple ID, and it won’t let me use apps that are already downloaded to my phone like IMovie because it wants me to still sign in with my old Apple ID.
Have you tried doing a factory reset? do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Delete the apps that you can't use/that were downloaded using the old ID and download them using your current ID if desired.
If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.

They are already pre downloaded on my phone, like garage band and iMovie. It doesn’t allow me to delete them
