iCloud Mail website

Hello there!

Are there any plans to improve Apple's iCloud Mail webapp in the direction of making it usable?

I mean, it takes a long time for iCloud Mail Web to even show an e-mail that has been received on my phone or Mac (sometimes 30 minutes or so).

I am a big fan of webapps and putting a little effort into Apple icloud.com services would be a cool thing.

When I send an e-mail from my iphone, it uses my me.com e-mail but there is only an icloud.com e-mail folder on my email app. How can I see my me.com sent e-mails? I have both a me.com and an icloud.com e-mail address. When I send an e-mail from my iPhone, it automatically uses the me.com e-mail address to send. When I open my e-mail app, I can see only the icloud.com e-mail, not the me.com e-mail so I cannot see my sent e-mails. Is there a way to see the e-mails sent using the me.com address?

Does Apple plan to add or expand web email functionality that you see in the other providers such as Google or Microsoft in the future? It's extremely basic right now.? The iCloud+ custom email capability recently added is great. However, using the web iCloud email client is quite basic compared to the other providers. I switched from Google Workspace and I'm going crazy without basic functionality such as the ability to drag and drop emails between folders instead of clicking move and then selecting the folder. This is just one of the many examples. My question is, does Apple plan to make any investments here or should we expect this to be how the service is going to be moving forward? Thanks!

Mailing large attachment using Mail Drop How do i set up my Mail accounts to use Mail Drop when a large attachment comes up? Can I simply use my regular service provider (SHAW) or must I go thru iCloud mail address?

We’re other users, and have no insight into Apple plans.

Contact Apple iCloud Support.

A half-hour to load a message seems like an issue lurks somewhere.
