3rd part session cookies

I keep trying to watch the videos my Professor post on blackboard. I never had trouble last semester. I keep getting the message "It seems your browser is blocking 3rd party session cookies which are required for the Kaltura application. To resolve this issue, please update your settings to allow 3rd party cookies."

But I have gone into preferences and unchecked the block all cookies and unchecked prevent cross site tracking. I have allowed pop ups for the website and have adobe flash player on for the website. And I am still receiving the message.

If anyone could tell me something besides everything I have tried so far?
