How to see shared friends Apple rings on watch?

My personal Apple rings work on the watch and my phone and I can see my shared friends rings on my phone - but cannot see my shared friends rings on my watch. Any idea how to fix that?

The Activity app shows 3 dots on the bottom of the screen. Any time you see dots there in any app, it means you can swipe left or right to see different screens in that app.

Swipe left.
