Link the card

How can I link a bank card if I am a foreigner in China but I don’t have a card of my country, I only have a chinese card? But the system ask for a chinese ID number which I accordingly don’t have

Payment method I’ve got a Russian Apple ID , and accordingly I can use Russian bank cards and phone numbers to use them as a payment method. I used to have a Russian bank card and had no problems with paying through it , however my current card got expired and I have no possibility to come to Russia and issue a new one, since I live in China at the moment and can’t leave it due to Covid restrictions. Is there any way to use either Chinese bank card, Chinese phone number or PayPal as my payment method considering all the circumstances I mentioned above? Thank you!

visa card' country differs from my ID's country HI, My apple ID is set in Taiwan, but now I only have a visa card issued by Chinese bank. Could I bind it to my account?

Check the following

The payment method that you are adding is of the same country as that of App Store Country on your iPhone
You have valid payment plan / debit / credit card from an authorised bank from the same country
Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple Support
