Can't add wallet pass on different iphone

We are facing issues while adding the wallet pass through chrome 79 & firefox 21+ versions on multiple iPhones, getting “sorry, your Pass cannot be installed to Passbook at this time.”  message.

While using the same on Safari it is working fine. We try to debug on our side but failed to get any solution for it.

Can you guys help us to provide the solution.
