I have an ipad mini and i have forgotten the password. I have followed apples instructions to remove the password and hook it up to my laptop, and after waiting 15 minutes my computer informed me that it was unable to process this action BC the ipad is locked and has a password!!!!
how can i rest the whole ipad and have there be no passcode anymore??????
