I don’t have a Font Book app on my MacBook. I know how to look for it - it’s NOT there. My fonts are all scattered in folders in “Documents”. Can you help? Thanks you!

When you do Finder > Go > Applications and go down the list, do you really not see Font Book anywhere there? Did you do anything to remove it (some people do that when they use another font manager)?
What do you see in the system/library/fonts folder?
Can you provide the names of the fonts in one of those folders in Documents that you mentioned?
If you go to one of those folders with fonts in them and double click on a font file and then click on the Install button, what happens? It should put the font into Font Book.
