Organizing text messages into Folders
How can I organize my text messages into folders? Or is there an app you suggest? I was hoping there would be an easy way to organize and move them.

There aren't any apps that can access the messages on your phone. Your carrier may have an app that will allow you to see your SMS messages (Verizon does) but it gets them directly from Verizon. It doesn't read the messages on your phone. And it can't access your iMessages.
