13.3.1 update on iPad Pro issue ...

Since the 13.3.1 update my iPad Pro 2019 won’t start and get stuck with the apple logo on the screen ... even when I reboot!!! What should I do ?!

You’ll need to force your iPad into DFU Recovery mode - and reinstall iPadOS from iTunes running on your PC/Mac. Here is the procedure - it describes Mac, but is essentially the same for PC:

Unclear as to exactly what you mean by “reboot”. Have you tried a forced-restart?

mues i have done it already but it seems frozen with the apple logo on the screen
