IPad 2 and Netflix

I have an ipad 2 that will not launch netflix. Message is "there is a problem connecting to netflix. Please try again later" I am running IOS 9.3.6 Netflix and my ISP say that the problem is not with them, and Netflix runs fine on my computer.

I am sorry, iPad 2 is a nearly decade old device and is incompatible with most, if not all, software available on the App Store. This includes Netflix. Netflix made the decision to stop supporting their legacy application for legacy iPad models.
