Apple pay

Hi, A couple weeks ago I was trying to buy something with my card that is on my phone. But when I did it said something about it not being verified. (I have money on the card)So i tried a couple more times and it still wouldn’t work. I removed my card and tried to put it back on my phone and it wouldn’t let me. I contacted my bank and they said everything is good on their end and that I needed to contact apple. Does you know how to fix this problem? (see picture)
