I just updated my iPhone 6s to iOS 13.3.1 and I've noticed that every time I go to the lock screen (checking time, notification just came in, etc) the colors are inverted for about a second, before they go back to normal. I checked my settings and inverted colors is off (both classic and smart), yet it still does this. Everything else has normal colors, including the home screen. It's only when I wake the screen that it does this.
I have the iPhone 11 (just got it in January) and this problem started happening to me yesterday. It initially started happening every time I opened any of my apps, it would flash inverted colors and then go back to normal. I tried restarting my phone, which then made it only when I would raise my phone and the screen would light up in inverted colors and then go back to normal colors. Nothing seemed to work (turning all the settings on and off for inverted colors). After reading other comments I saw one about dark mode possibly having a glitch with the smart colors, so I switched to light mode and it solved the problem until I went back to dark mode, which is annoying because I preferred dark mode. So what fixed it for me was: switch to light mode, restart your phone, and then switch back to dark mode and it didn’t come back! Hopefully it stays normal :)

Sometimes when unlocking iphone, the screen turn to green tint and disappear within few seconds.
Its like invert screen colour into green tint.

Just got my new iPhone XS from ATT and within the first week I noticed that on the colors would briefly invert on the lock screen for a quick second only to turn back. I find this really annoying. Luckily I got a screenshot like when it Inverted but it’s not letting me upload the picture on here for some reason. But Apple can you do me a favor and fix this cus this ain’t it.
I'm still operating on 13.3.1, but the inverted colors randomly stopped. Not sure how this happened, since I didn't mess with my settings, but I'm glad it did. Hopefully you all also will have the same luck. Although, I am hoping the problem doesn't crop up again.
I woke up this morning and my phones been doing it all day. I recently connected to a new WiFi network that I didn’t know but hey it was free and I believe it’s a little hat trick people are using to tweak your setting. Lemme know if ya get anything on it and thanks for the tip
Did NOT try a Network Reset as I need to keep that info.
a reboot of the phone fixes this EVERY time until I next turn-on EITHER "classic invert" or "smart invert" then it is always there there until the next reboot. When does 13.13.2 come out? I hope it has a fix for this bug.

This keeps happening to me too since the update. It’s so fast that I can’t get a screenshot and it only happens when I lock or unlock my phone.
It came back to mine today. This is getting annoying!
13.3.1 iPhone 11 Pro. This is happening for me as well. I’m trying to figure out why it’s so annoying. I find it annoying but I’m not sure why.

I'm having the exact same issue. Just purchased my iPhone 11 Pro today and played with 'Smart Invert'. The setting is now off but still briefly flashing inverted.
