Laggy iMessage Notifications

I have an iphone X with IOS 13.3.

Recently I have noticed an annoying issue where if I am in iMessage (Messages App) and having a conversation I will receive a Notification banner every time I receive a reply. This can be pretty annoying when I am having a conversation. I can disable banners, but I like banners unless I have the messages app open. It didn't used to do this.

No matter how many negative comments about screentime requests being dropped on iMessage, iOS developers still not getting it!!!! Can this be made optional? I'm using FB Messenger on desktop but still every single message is delivered as a notification to my iPhone. Fix? Hi, I'm using FB Messenger on desktop (from AppStore) but still every single message is delivered as a notification to my iPhone 13 Pro. This wasn't happening before on my iPhone 12 Pro. I restored from iCloud backup. It's very annoying. Every time I look at my iPhone there's million notifications with messages that I've already responded to. Any idea how can this be fixed? Notifications problem No longer receive notifications on apps that I set up to receive them except iMessage. Also, no longer receive the red bubble and counter on each app unless I open the app. Since notifications stopped working I decided to update to iOS 16.5 and it didn’t fix the issue. i saw a similar topic that recommend to enable immediate notification, but I do not have this option (I restarted my phone). ex:
