keyboard changes

Do you have German on the list at settings > general > keyboard > keyboards? If not, can you not add it from the list you get when you do Add New Keyboard?

Or is German on the list, but when you tap the Globe key you do not see it there?

Have you tried removing German and shutting down the device and re-adding it after it starts up?
