Hi iMargo,

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. I understand you are unable to view an iTunes movie rental you downloaded.

"When you rent a movie, you have 30 days to start watching it. As soon as you play your rental, your rental is available for 48 hours. Your rental automatically deletes from your library 30 days after you rent it or 48 hours after you start watching it, whichever is sooner."

Let’s check to see if your rental still shows under the Rented tab.

  • Open iTunes then click Movies
  • Click the Rented tab

If the movie is not listed, there aren’t any rentals currently associated with the Apple ID you’re signed in with.

If the movie is listed, you may need to remove the download, then stream the film, or attempt to download it again.

I’m sharing some resources below that may help.

You may also want to Contact Apple Support for additional help.

Have a good one!
