Used under water to take photos,now face id is not working

I had used under water my phone and now the touch is so horrible , my face id is not working and the both camera still have water content.what will I do to set it up?

The iPhone is not designed for actual submerged use. It is water resistant. It is not actually pressure rated for active use under water.

Water damage also immediately voids your warranty.
