mobile data update failed

Hello,

I have an iphone S7 and i recently updated with ios 13.

Now it shows an error "Mobile Data update Failed" meanwhile in the "General"menu there is no other update available. It shows also "Network : Not available " and "Mobile data Error"

I have tried to do the reset network settings, switch on/off phone and airplane mode, but with no success.

I can not make ore receive phone calls because it did not recognize the network.

i have tried with other sim cards and the problem is the same.
