Have update my software it’s upto date still suffered with this

Have updated my iPhone 8 Plus .. it’s up to date now . Still struggling with mobile network problem .. unable to receive ,make calls n use mobile data .. it is showing mobile setting update failed but updatation is not available anywhere . I m not able to understand what to do .. please suggest me how can this problem be solved
